Gayle brings extensive real estate experience to her role as General Manager incorporating her in-depth knowledge of systems, practices, marketing and continuous leading edge approach gained from 12 years within a large corporate real estate head office. Gayle works closely with the sales, property management and administration teams assisting them in developing and implementing business plans. Gayle facilitates training and up-skilling for all staff. In particular Gayle ensures that the sales associates are fully equipped to deliver our progressive approach to real estate. Gayle is passionate about career progression and works to identify and develop the future leaders of the business. She is committed to maintaining a positive, proactive internal culture for the benefit of all employees.

It was during tertiary education whilst studying a science degree at the University of Western Australia that Amy realised her true passion for Real Estate, making a career out of it upon completing her studies. As a young professional with knowledge of current trends, Amy offers enthusiasm and a willingness to ensure her clients receive the highest standard of service at all times. She also believes honesty and building trust with her client base is of paramount importance, along with a combination of hard work, diligence and a thorough understanding of her client’s needs. Living locally in Sorrento has given Amy an insight into the community and has provided her with an excellent knowledge of the surrounding area that can only be achieved through experience and involvement. I first started as an Office Manager/Receptionist back in August 1997. With little to no experience in Administration and IT, I had to work hard to adapt to this new role I found myself in. I had to develop many policies and procedures for this new real estate business and I am proud to say that they have stood the test of time and many are still the basis of the company’s systems today. I continued in real estate as an Office Manager until 2008 when I had the opportunity to try another industry in a public company – contract mining. I found many similarities in contract mining and real estate – in both fields you offer a service, build long term trusting relationships and ultimately create mutual benefits for both parties. In 2010 I was ready to jump back to the real estate Stepping away from the real estate industry and working in a public company gave me a new perspective on business. Where structure underpins the business and all vested parties can work towards the common goals. I want the team at Haiven Property Central to work with enthusiasm and integrity and every person that we meet understands this from the outset. In 2019 I completed my Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) and then 2020 I became Licensee and in July 2020 became a partner and director, alongside Clare and Kaylee. The three of us make a formidable team where we can each support each other in our individual roles but also complement each other for our differences.
